Alarm Technician (Westminster, MD)
- Immediate opening for a skilled individual to work in the exciting field of life safety, fire alarm & security.
- Job duties include inspecting, maintaining and installing fire alarm, burglar alarm, access control, CCTV systems and related low-voltage technology.
- All training and certifications are provided.
- This position is based at the corporate office in Westminster, MD, and serves our customers in Maryland & Pennsylvania.
- This position requires a level of organization, customer service, code interpretation and ability to work independently and as a team.

Requirements
- Experience in this field and NICET certification is preferred, however; WFX will train the right candidate who possesses mechanical ability and the interest to apply it to this industry.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Systems Installer/Rough-In (Westminster, MD)
Description
- Immediate opening for an experienced fire sprinkler technician to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, repairs and modifications on wet and dry sprinkler systems, fire pumps and related equipment.
- This position is based at the corporate office in Westminster, MD, and serves our customers in Maryland & Pennsylvania.
- This position requires a level of organization, customer service, code interpretation and ability to work independently and on a team.
- Job duties include, but are not limited to inspecting, servicing, maintaining and repairing sprinkler systems for routine service as well as on-site emergency service calls & troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and suppliers.

Fire Extinguisher Technician (Westminster, MD)
Fire Extinguisher Technician
- Immediate opening for a fire extinguisher/fire protection technician performing inspection & maintenance on a variety of fire extinguisher types as well as installation of new units. Technicians also provide maintenance & repair of emergency lighting.
- All necessary equipment, tools and training are provided.
- Ability to communicate properly with customers, provide excellent customer service and work efficiently from a service vehicle in a pre-arranged route.
- This position is based at the corporate office in Westminster, MD, and serves our customers in Maryland & Pennsylvania.
- This position requires a level of organization, customer service, code interpretation and ability to work independently and as a team.

Locksmith Technician/Door Installer (Hanover, PA)
Door installer/locksmith technician
- Immediate opening for a commercial door installer – working with all components related to commercial doors, frames, closers and related hardware.
- Experienced carpenters or locksmiths are encouraged to apply – as well as any individual who possesses general construction and framing knowledge.
- Additional interest in learning the locksmith trade is a plus – however, not mandatory.
- All necessary equipment and specific training are provided.
- This position is based at the Hanover, PA location of WFX and serves our customers in Pennsylvania & Maryland.
- This position requires a level of organization, customer service and ability to work independently and as a team.

Service Coordinator (Westminster, MD)
Description
- Immediate opening for an experienced service coordinator.
- Exciting career in a fast-paced fire protection company; serving Maryland & Pennsylvania.
- This full-time position is at the corporate office in Westminster, MD.
- Job duties include but are not limited to scheduling & dispatching, general support with logistics, customer questions and invoicing customers.
Requirements
- Previous service scheduling and routing is a plus; however, we will train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with the central Maryland/southern Pennsylvania areas and ability to work with mapping programs.
- The right candidate must possess excellent phone, customer service and computer skills and the ability to construct sentences using good grammar and proper spelling.
- In addition to clerical duties, this position requires proficiency in logistics, organization, scheduling, customer service and communication (including phone skills).
- Must be able to provide a current copy of your driving record for the past 3 years.
- Employment is contingent on passing a substance abuse test.
